To get started
Open your account.
Log in to your Novaero account, then select Ambassador Program from the account menu. Verify your phone and choose your program code to begin.
Program rules
- A Novaero customer account and verified mobile number are required to create a program code or redeem points.
- Self-attribution, duplicate claims, returning-customer claims, manipulated traffic, and otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn points.
- Points become available 14 days after a confirmed purchase and may be reversed for cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, or program abuse.
- One hundred points equal one U.S. dollar in Novaero store credit. Store-credit requests start at 100 points.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for a cash payment.
- Novaero may suspend a code, hold activity for review, correct balances, or update the program when reasonably necessary.
